Image Studio provides high-performance, in-memory image processing utilities (including Smart Image Compressor, Lossless Format Converter, and AI Background Remover). By accessing or utilizing these services, you agree to comply with these terms.

Personal & Commercial Use: You are granted a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use all output files generated by our tools for any lawful personal, editorial, or commercial purpose. You retain 100% full ownership, rights, and title to all your images and transformed derivative works.

To preserve fair server access and maintain low latency for all users, you agree not to:

• Deploy automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to perform high-frequency bulk requests without explicit authorization.
• Upload malicious code, polyglot payloads, zip bombs, or corrupted byte streams intended to compromise server integrity.
• Attempt to bypass API rate-limits, firewall filters, or reverse proxy security policies.
• Process content that violates applicable intellectual property or statutory privacy regulations.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate IP banning and automatic rate-limiting.

Image Studio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted uptime.

While our AI neural segmentation and lossy/lossless algorithms strive for maximum fidelity, we do not guarantee that the output will meet all subjective artistic requirements in every case.

Under no circumstances shall the operators of Image Studio be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service, including data loss or corruption. Users are advised to retain local copies of their original source images.
